Facilitators shall be called upon to take responsibility for their own reactions regarding students, (e.g. if a student presses their button - it is their button!)Severe disruption/anti-social behaviour will be handled sensitively, supporting all those involved without judgement and by listening to all points of view. The putting of heads together and calling forth of a solution which may be put forward in the circle, once everyone has been heard. If the situation requires a student to redirect their energies in another occupation, then a useful activity will be made available e.g.  gardening or helping in the kitchen with a member of staff available to listen or to offer guidance.
