FACULTY REQUIREMENTS

We need skilled, experienced and very enthusiastic people who are prepared to maintain systems where necessary, demonstrating and facilitating with the children, for the following:

1. Solar/Hydro/Wind power engineers and consultants for conversion of existing systems and instalment into new buildings.

2. Imaginative Eco architects and builders experienced in using sustainable materials (e.g. straw baling), for the creation of purpose-built structures i.e. School and domestic buildings.

3. Eco-tech plumbers, electricians, carpenters and eco-solution inventors to fit out the above.

4. Gardeners for the creation of a permaculture/Findhorn technique vegetable garden, greenhouses, herb garden, poly-tunnels, fruit garden and apiary, all large enough to sustain the school.

5. The creation of gardens, maze, adventure playground, restoration of indigenous wild flowers, trees, pond/marsh/river life and woodland management. Renewable wood crop for school maintenance if possible.  Coppicing.

6. Forge, metal work and pottery works for artistic pursuits.

7. Animal carers for free-range animals, (chickens, horses etc.)

Facilitators knowledgeable and above all enthusiastic, indeed passionate in the following areas;

1. Living eco-systems, inter-dependence cycles, energy flow, diversity, co-evolution, sustainability and partnerships.

2. History, ethical economics, societal and political subjects with emphasis on critical thinking, problem identifying and solution finding for today's ills. Familiarity with training required for an international 'peace' room equivalent to the 'war' room presently in existence.

3. The sciences with emphasis on experiential learning and a mystical overlay on subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Metaphysics, Quantum Physics, Sacred Geometry, Geology, Biology, Metallurgy,

4. Fifth Dimensional Studies incorporating; Multi-dimensional Consciousness development/awareness, Self creation, Manifestation, Telepathy, Intuition, Telekinesis, Mind Power (understanding of and use of).

5. Human Values Studies including Honesty, Responsibility, Diversities & Similarities, Celebrating Self and Valuing Others, Loving Relationships, Peaceful Conflict Resolution, Fairness, Tolerance.

6. Mind, Body, Spirit Studies: Herbology, Yoga, Martial Arts.  All varieties of Healing Methods known to date.

7. All medium art facilitators. Drama, Music and dance facilitators.

8. Cook/Chef willing to impart culinary skills to willing students and provide nutritious, interesting meals from on site produce.

9. English and Language Laboratory facilitator, emphasis given to spiritual, mythological and philosophical material.

10.  Music facilitators, alongside practical applications, the theory and exploration of music in relation to mathematics, colour, human biology and nature.
